Website packages
Find the nearest fit. We confirm the right scope.
Start with what the business needs the website to do. Four fixed-price packages cover most website projects, and we'll help you choose the nearest fit.
Making businesses feel understood and technology feel understandable.
Four fixed-price website packages
Does any of this sound familiar?
Start with the problem, not the package name.
The easiest place to start is with what has changed, what isn't working or what the business needs next.
We do good work, but our website doesn't look like it.
The business is established, but the site is missing, dated, unclear or no longer gives customers enough confidence.
The business has grown. The website hasn't.
You've added services, customers, proof or complexity, and the old site no longer represents the business properly.
People are ready to buy from us, but the website can't actually sell.
Customers need to browse products, choose what suits them and complete payment online.
We're launching, but the identity, message and digital setup don't exist yet.
The business is new, with the brand, website and launch setup all needing to come together.
The website needs to operate a real business process.
The site has to handle bookings, data, integrations or another important workflow rather than simply present information.
The site is live and needs ongoing technical care.
The website or Store is already doing its job, but now needs regular technical maintenance, testing and monitoring.
What happens next
From first contact to a finished website.
We move from a short introduction to a clear recommendation, then into the deeper work only after you decide to proceed.
- 01
Start a Project form
Tell us about the business, what has changed, what you want to improve and anything important about timing or functionality.
- 02
Project Consultation
We'll talk through what matters, ask enough to understand the project and answer the initial questions.
- 03
Recommendation and written scope
We'll recommend the package, send the proposed scope, list any add-ons and confirm the total project price.
- 04
Acceptance and payment
If you choose to proceed, you'll accept the proposal and terms, then pay the agreed project fee. Once payment clears, the project becomes active.
- 05
Paid Discovery and project plan
Now we go deeper into the customers, content, priorities and technical needs that will guide the build, then turn that into the Project Blueprint.
- 06
Content, design and build
We collect what we need, shape the content and brand inputs, then move from design into development.
- 07
Testing, review and revisions
We test the work before you review it, then work through the included revision round or rounds using one clear set of feedback each time.
- 08
Training, launch and handover
You'll approve the finished work, learn what you need to manage and launch with the next support options made clear.
Package comparison
Four packages, four different starting points.
The price changes because the amount and type of work changes. This comparison is about finding the nearest starting point before we get into the detail.
$3,000
Website Foundations
Established business. Straightforward website. Best when the business already has a usable identity and needs a clear, professional site.
- The business and offer are already established
- The existing brand can be kept
- The website mainly needs to explain, reassure and generate enquiries
- One main customer path can do the job well
Starting point: a focused website for a business that already knows what it is.
$4,500
Website Growth
The business has become more complicated than the website. Best when there is more to explain, organise and guide customers through.
- More services, audiences or proof to communicate
- Existing content needs substantial reworking
- Positioning and service structure need more thought
- Different customers need clearer paths through the site
Starting point: a deeper website project for an established or growing business.
$6,900
Online Store
Customers need to buy online. Best when products, payments, checkout and fulfilment are part of the website from the beginning.
- Products need a clear structure
- Customers need a dependable buying path
- Payments and checkout need to work properly
- Shipping, delivery or pickup needs to be configured
Starting point: a commerce website built around a real buying process.
$12,900
Business Launch
The business itself is still being brought together. Best when the positioning, brand, website and launch setup need to be built as one project.
- The business is new or early-stage
- The visual identity still needs to be created
- The message and offer need to be clarified
- The launch foundations need to work together from day one
Starting point: one coordinated launch rather than separate branding and website projects.
From package to project
Before anything starts, we make the scope specific to you.
The package sets the starting point. The written scope records the actual pages, features, responsibilities, outside costs and price for your project.
What's included is written down.
You'll see the agreed pages, content, features, integrations, add-ons and anything we need from you before the project begins.
The project price is clear before work starts.
Once you accept the proposal and terms, the full agreed fee needs to clear before the project becomes active. Paid Discovery begins from there.
Changes stay visible.
Additional standard pages are $350 each where they fit the package. If you later ask for anything else outside the agreed scope, we'll explain the difference and the price before extra work starts.
Outside costs stay separate.
Subscriptions, licences, platform charges, government fees and similar third-party costs stay separate unless we explicitly include them in the proposal.

Outside the four packages
Two needs sit beside the website packages.
Business Systems is for custom operational work. Hosting & Care is for keeping a live website or Store technically healthy after launch.
Business Systems
For projects where the website needs to handle more complex workflows, data or integrations. The $950 Business Systems Discovery gives us time to understand the process, risks and technical requirements before we quote implementation.
Hosting and Care
For a website or Store that is already live. Hosting & Care covers the updates, testing, monitoring and plan-specific checks that keep the technical side maintained over time.
Supporting content
Photography & Video
Some businesses are easier to trust when customers can see the real work, people, products or place behind them.
Useful when: customers need visual evidence, demonstrations, locations, people or products before they can feel confident.
Project role: photography or video can be added when the website needs original visual material rather than relying on supplied or stock imagery.
Travel: if a shoot involves significant travel, including interstate or international travel, we'll agree the arrangements and costs before it's booked.
Content support
AI-Guided Content Workflow
If the challenge is the words rather than the imagery, AI can help us organise and draft from what you already know about the business without handing the judgement over to a machine.
Where AI helps: organising source material, finding structure and producing useful working drafts.
Where people stay in control: we check the facts, refine the language with you and keep your knowledge at the centre of the finished content.
When more is needed: substantial original copywriting or a separate content strategy can be added when the project needs more than the content work included in the package.
Privacy and consent
GDPR and Cookie Compliance
One final layer depends on the site itself. The right consent setup varies with the audience, tracking tools, forms, integrations and jurisdictions involved.
What changes the requirement: where customers are, what tracking is installed, what information the site collects and which consent rules apply.
Our role: we can implement the agreed website controls and the information you provide or approve. Legal advice and the business's compliance decisions stay with the appropriate professional.
You only need to know what feels wrong
Tell us where the business is now. We'll help work out what it needs next.
You don't need a finished brief or a perfect package choice. Tell us what's frustrating you, what you want to improve and where the business is heading. We'll take it from there.
Starting the conversation doesn't commit you to a package.
